Cancel Paid Orders

If your order has been paid for, you need to contact us via customer@accountart.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.

You are eligible for a partial/full refund or exchange if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.

Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

* Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.

* If you return an item without notifying our customer service, our quality department will consider the item to be non-refundable.
